If you find yourself in the main street of Collie, WA, you’ll discover the wonderful Collie Water Park and Adventure Playground with a nature playscape to capture the imagination of your children.
The park is great fun all year round, but especially lovely in the warm summer months when the kids can enjoy a frolic on the splash pad. We took these photos in July, so it was quite cool but my boys still had a great time. In fact, the cold didn’t bother them and they took to the splash pad fully clothed (eek). Luckily this Mumma is organised and keeps clothes and towels in the boot, just in case!
What can you do at Collie Water Park?
The park features a colourful landscape created using soft fall. With plenty of swings, a nature boardwalk and a very unique see saw, the kids certainly won’t be bored! There is also a rope bridge and lots of little rockeries to explore.
The park has plenty of grassed picnic areas to enjoy some quality family time. Electric bbqs are also available, with plenty of tables and seating throughout the park.
There is plenty of shade with trees around the park, as well as a gazebo with seating.
There is also a coffee van permanently in the park – so caffeine is at the ready!
The park has toilets and change rooms.
